RUSS POPE
Orange County, CA’s Russ Pope currently spends his days handling men’s apparel marketing for Vans, but by night he is busy painting and working on his art. Over the years (20 to be exact), Russ has started a few familiar brands, like Creature for example, and has also worked with many more such as Black Label, Fallen and InStance.

MARK “FOS” FOSTER
Having done graphics for REAL, Toy Machine, Zero, Foundation, Deathwish, Baker, Emerica and many more, London, England to Los Angeles transplant Mark “Fos” Foster is probably best known for being the guy behind Heroin Skateboards, which he started in 1998. He also designed the logos and continues to oversee the look of Altamont Apparel as the brand’s Art Director. Adding to his busy schedule, Fos somehow manages to travel around painting in-store installs and putting on art shows.

Calling Los Angeles’ Andy Mueller a “creative powerhouse” is an understatement. He’s been the Art Director at Lakai for the past 13 years, also creating designs and graphics for Girl and Chocolate as a member of the esteemed Art Dump. Andy’s passion for design and photography (and even ping-pong) are also revealed through his brand, The Quiet Life.

ED TEMPLETON
A true renaissance man in skateboarding, Huntington Beach, CA’s Ed Templeton is well known for his iconic graphic style when it comes to the overall art direction of Toy Machine, the company he founded in 1993. During the 20-plus years Ed has been pro, he’s established himself as an influential street skater beyond the extremely proper nosebluntslides and impossibles. His artistic side is just as cutting edge, and due to his unique skill-set he tends to establish creatively involved relationships with his key sponsors, like Emerica.

JAIMIE MUEHLHAUSEN
An artist, designer, brand manager and much more, the name Jaimie Muehlhausen might not look super familiar, but his work most definitely is. Jaimie created the original Airwalk logo back in the day, and has been charged with the task of being the creative director for Tony Hawk Inc., where he creates anything from Birdhouse graphics to the Ride Channel logo.

The multitalented Joe Castrucci hardly needs an introduction. For over a decade he’s been the creative director for Habitat Skateboards, and his fingerprints are on everything they put out to the masses, video included. He’s even been in the mix on the branding aesthetic behind Habitat International pro Mike McDermott’s Green Apple Skateboard Shop in Winnipeg.

“His hooded, costumed and anthropomorphized characters have a sense of suburban melancholy…” Randy Labourne writes about the artwork created by Toronto-to-Vancouver transplant Andrew Pommier.
