Vancouver Island Plunder: 6 Shreddly Sins Tour

The 7 Shreddly Sins tour became a gang of 6 when Jordan Hoffart couldn’t make the Summer ’12 Vancouver Island journey due to illness. Although his presence was missed, the remaining roster didn’t fail to get shreddly, or sin for that matter.

Adam Hopkins, Dan Redmond, Drew Summersides, Jorden Murray, Desmond Hoostie and Portland’s Danny Tumia (with special guests) are featured in the 6 Shreddly Sins feature (as seen in Concrete #121), along with a 3-part video series.

TOUR PHOTO-SET

The crew set sail on July 6th to plunder Vancouver Island’s best skate spots and parks. With Craig Williams as our Captain and Rich Odam as the First Mate, we traveled up and down the Island pretending the best we could that our beat old van was a ship. Below deck there was a diverse assortment of crew members; Adam Hopkins, Desmond Hoostie, Jorden Murray, Dan Redmond, Drew Summersides and the lone hyperactive American – Portland’s Danny Tumia. The Island is beautiful and made for a great summer travel destination. In fact, no plundering was really necessary. The locals were such great hosts and the necessities were provided for. These photos are just a taste, to get you excited for an upcoming Concrete feature and corresponding videos.
